This class will take us on a journey to find our true alignment. It is based on Iyengar yoga, providing you with the tools to build awareness in your body, know the precise shape and technique of each asana, discover your untapped strength and develop muscular control.
This class is very suitable either for beginners or advanced practitioners, as we will work on the base and origin of each posture, discovering our personal alignment in a way that honors our own body.
Every week our alignment specialist has a different proposal so you can deepen into several postures!
