Pilates Conditioning

A dynamic and challenging workout that will give you equal space to move your body and connect to yourself. Through bodyweight training and pilates exercises to the beat of the music, we will work on sculpting and endurance.
We will bring lots of presence, awareness and care into the way we move our bodies.
A reminder that a workout can be both a challenge and a space to reset, connect and find freedom within us!
