This Bikram inspired class is structured in 3 parts for a complete yoga practice: Asana (the physical practice of postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Dharana (meditation).
This Hatha class uses functional commands to move students seamlessly through a set sequence of Asanas with modifications and progressions available. The Series is a rejuvenating experience that encourages each student to reach their full potential by focusing on muscle engagement, strength, breath, flexibility and balance as well as various core strengthening exercises.
There is variety within the sequence to be able to monitor individual progress and work on asana and self-discipline.
