This is a modern yin yoga session, where we will be holding asanas for a few minutes in order to soften our muscular tissues and nervous system. 

Using the right poses as well as sound and calming breathwork, the practice allows you to power down and brings you into a very deep relaxation, which you can take into your bed to peacefully end the day and drift off in nourishing sleep. 

No more sleepless nights. Also, no teddy bears needed: just a good pair of socks and comfy clothing!
