Frizzant is the first yoga center with a multi-experiential profile in Barcelona. The concept materializes and fuses the culture of well-being with gastronomy and cultural diversity, accompanied by large doses of imagination.
The nature of our sessions goes beyond the traditional precepts of yoga. We promote modalities adapted to the contemporary world and the needs of the current pace, close and communicative teaching methods where teachers are the precursors of the philosophy of unity through the relationship with their students. Frizzant is the modern evolution of yoga, a dynamic, social and urban practice that avoids any dogma and encourages bodily expression and emotional development.

Frizzant’s opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On weekends we are open. We have brunch option on Saturdays and Sundays. Yoga classes continue throughout the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, so you can leave the tensions of the week on the mat. Additionally, on weekends we have yoga at the Palace Hotel, on the rooftop of Hotel ME BCN and on the secret gardens of the Mandarin Hotel.

- FRIZZ’MOVE5: 5 classes for 30 days
- FRIZZ’MOVE10: 10 classes for 60 days
- FRIZZ’MEMBER: Unlimited classes for 30 days (1 class per day).
- FRIZZ’TRIMESTER: Unlimited classes for 90 days (1 class per day).
- FRIZZ’YEAR: Unlimited classes for one year (1 class per day).
With any membership you can attend the class you want most. We don’t like to limit you to a specific style of yoga. Every day you can try the class that you most want and discover the energy of each one of them.
The credits are personal and non-transferable. However, we let you share them with someone else who has never been to Frizzant and wants to meet us for the first time. In addition, you can buy individual classes or a voucher to give it to someone else.
Through our website or our APP, enter the Classes & Rates section and choose the class, day and time you want to come. Remember that you can buy a single pass or different packs according to your needs.
After booking through the website, once you arrive at Frizzant, stop by the restaurant counter so we can check-in and confirm your attendance.
Yes, many of Frizzant’s classes are bilingual. Be sure to look at our weekly calendar so you can find out which language the class is taught in.

It is not necessary to bring any type of material. We provide you with everything that the class requires: mats, blocks, blankets, cushions… We also provide you with lockers so you can store your things safely. If you prefer, you can also bring your own material. You also have showers and towels so you can finish your practice in the best possible way.
You can buy all the yoga material we use in class through our website or in our physical space.
Frizzant is much more than a Yoga center, it is an oasis where you can spend as much time as you want, relaxing in the Lounge, working or reading in the upper floor or eating in the restaurant area.

Restaurante
Puedes elegir las opciones que más te apetezcan. Cada opción cuesta 6,50€, las opciones con proteína animal cuestan 8,00€. Las bebidas y el postre se cobran por separado.
No tenemos un menú fijo porque nos gusta cambiar los platos cada día, pero hay platos estrella que solemos repetir con frecuencia.
Sí, todos nuestros productos son de temporada, locales y de km 0 para reducir el impacto ambiental del transporte de materias primas.
Sí, contamos con opciones vegetarianas, veganas, sin gluten, sin frutos secos y sin lácteos.

Los fines de semana no tenemos buffet pero contamos con opciones de pastry, tostadas, açaí bowl, tostadas, sandwiches y bowls take away.

Alquiler sala
If the tenant cancels his reservation, he will lose the deposit/payment and deposit. If you give 2 weeks’ notice, the amount will be refunded. You can substitute another date, as long as it is available.
It is prohibited to take furniture or any article from inside the premises out onto public roads.
You can offer us the hours you need, we will try to adjust as much as possible to your needs. The rental time of the premises includes the decoration and the time for collecting the room. At the end of the shift, no one must be left inside the premises. The cleaning team will proceed to prepare it for the next celebration.
The maximum capacity is 50 people, including children and adults.

We rent all Frizzant spaces.
You can rent the space for the hours you request as long as they do not coincide with any regular yoga classes at Frizzant.

No, you have to come pick up your order at Frizzant. We operate as Click&Collect.
You can come pick up your order from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A product can be returned as long as it has not been opened and is in perfect condition. The money is not refunded, you can make an exchange or a voucher to enjoy that amount in another purchase.
