Se expresa a través de 5 principios: Ahimsa (estilo de vida compasivo y no dañino), Bhakti (devoción y canto de mantras), Dhyana (conexión con la naturaleza interior), Nada (desarrollar una escucha profunda), Shastra (estudio de las antiguas escrituras de yoga).
