At Frizzant (in collaboration with Swapfiets) we give you the opportunity to offer your employees bicycle rental (whether occasional or paid) at prices never seen before, for only €20/month per bicycle.

The nature of our sessions goes beyond the traditional precepts of yoga. Yes, employee benefits can be customized to meet a team’s specific needs and goals. This can be achieved by adapting them based on the team’s objectives, location and any other relevant factors.
Frizzant’s opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
On weekends the restaurant is not open but we have a brunch option on Saturdays. Yoga classes continue throughout the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, so you can leave the tensions of the week on the mat. Additionally, on Saturdays we have yoga on the rooftop of the Palace Hotel and on Sundays on the rooftop of the Mandarin Hotel.
